OVERVIEW
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional member service and experiences by delivering beverages and snacks on the golf course or other outdoor venue. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as the ability to drive and operate a beverage cart safely and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive and operate the beverage cart around the golf course or outdoor venue.
• Efficiently and accurately take and prepare Member/guest orders using a mobile payment system or point-of-sales entries.
• Ensure the beverage cart is fully stocked and organized throughout the shift.
• Provide exceptional Member/guest service by making recommendations, answering questions, and engaging with Members/guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of Members/guests.
• Perform regular sanitizing and cleaning of the beverage cart, including restocking products, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
• Accurately complete closing duties at the end of each shift, including inventory management and cleaning procedures.
Requirements
• Excellent customer service skills, including a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to operate a beverage cart safely and efficiently.
