This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring a work-life balance. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct therapy sessions in a confidential setting that fosters a sense of safety for clients. You will collaborate closely with a network of committed professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to deliver engaging and effective individual therapy sessions, adapted to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, utilizing progress tracking to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients who may face barriers to in-person therapy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to adhere to ethical guidelines and practice standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and peer collaboration to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.

At Better Together Counseling Services, we serve a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our therapists are trained to provide culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges the individual experiences of each client, allowing for healing and personal growth.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage multiple clients and their treatment needs.

Experience in telehealth therapy is highly desired, particularly with populations who may have experienced trauma or significant mental health challenges. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and a commitment to lifelong learning will set candidates apart. Knowledge of client confidentiality regulations and ethical standards is critical.

We offer a competitive annual compensation ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
