  • Establish and nurture therapeutic rapport with patients and their families, conducting thorough assessments for suicidality and potential harm.
  • Facilitate admission assessments for new patients with a welcoming demeanor, while participating in clinical outreach initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team by participating in weekly meetings and communicating treatment goals effectively.
  • Provide utilization reviews to insurance companies, articulating appropriate clinical information for authorization processes.
  • Maintain accessibility to family members, ensuring timely responses to communications and fostering relationships for continuity of care.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant departments regarding authorizations and payments while ensuring discharge appointments are confirmed.
  • Initiate discharge planning upon patient admission, conducting sessions prior to discharge to reinforce coping strategies and resource availability.
  • Skillfully manage crises within the therapy sessions and support milieu staff during their interactions with patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population comprising individuals from various backgrounds and demographics, primarily within the Roseburg, Oregon community. Your empathy and understanding will be crucial in addressing the unique mental health challenges they face. Qualifications
  • A valid independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

  • Proven ability to manage a large caseload while interfacing effectively with healthcare providers and support staff.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
