What You'll Do

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll guide buyers confidently from application to closing while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll:

  • Serve as the primary lending advisor for homebuyers
  • Educate buyers on loan options and financing solutions
  • Simplify complex financial information into clear next steps
  • Manage loan files through processing and underwriting
  • Collaborate with sales, title, and builder teams to ensure on-time closings
  • Proactively communicate updates throughout the loan process

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 25 years of mortgage loan origination experience
  • Active NMLS License
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

Schedule Snapshot

  • Tuesday Saturday (9am6pm typical)
  • Some evenings based on buyer needs
  • Occasional events and team collaboration
