Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Create individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique experiences, challenges, and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive online atmosphere encouraging open communication and trust.
• Monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies, conducting regular assessments to evaluate client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in remote therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor at Healing Reflection Counseling, you will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals from various backgrounds facing differing mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active independent licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.
• At least two years of relevant experience in providing therapy, treatment planning, and utilizing virtual care methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools designed to facilitate online therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and demonstrated cultural competence in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
