We are seeking selfmotivated, resultsdriven PART-TIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a bestinclass customer experience while helping customers find the right technology solutions for their needs. This role is based in our Corporate Office located in Hilliard, OH. 

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy learning new skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. We’re seeking candidates who are available to work between 9:00 a.m. and midnight, with weekend availability. The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.

Our Technical Support representatives play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support while driving sales through service solutions. By assisting customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and issue resolution, you’ll identify opportunities to recommend upgrades, accessories, and additional services that enhance their experience. If you enjoy solving problems and helping customers, get the most out of their products while growing sales, this is the perfect role for you!

What You'll Do 

  • Manage large amounts of inbound contacts promptly via Phones, Chat, Text, and Email.
  • Maintain a general understanding of current consumer electronic devices and technology.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, qualify issues, and offer solutions.
  • Personalize support to improve customer satisfaction. 
  • Accurately document all customer contacts and enter them into the appropriate database.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships to ensure teamwork.
  • Meet personal/team goals.

What We're Looking For 

  • High school diploma required; one year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate and efficient typing proficiency
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing priorities
  • Flexible and adaptable when working with diverse customer needs and personalities
  • Passion for technology, including computers & electronics is a definite plus - have fun at work with products you love!
