What Youโ€™ll Do
Youโ€™ll work directly with โ€œIndustrial Athletesโ€ (employees) onsite at a manufacturing facilityโ€”helping them perform at their best while preventing injuries before they happen.
Your impact will include:

  • ย Ergonomic assessments (office & industrial environments)ย 
  • ย Body mechanics training and job coachingย 
  • ย Movement screenings and posture analysisย 
  • ย Stretching and work conditioning program developmentย 
  • ย Delivering engaging presentations to employees and leadershipย 
  • ย Partnering with Safety & EHS teams on injury prevention strategiesย 
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where youโ€™ll be visible, valued, and able to make a difference every single day.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • ย Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Athletic Training, Occupational Health, or related field
    ย (PTA/OTA candidates encouraged to apply)
  • ย Industrial or clinical experience preferredย 
  • ย CPR Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)ย 
  • ย Strong communication and presentation skillsย 
  • ย Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyย 
  • ย Passion for injury prevention and helping othersย 
Requirements:
  • ย Valid Indiana Driverโ€™s License & reliable transportationย 
  • ย Willingness to travel 2 days per week (reimbursed)ย 
  • ย Strong computer and documentation skillsย 
  • ย Ability to pass drug screen and background checkย
