Job description

Y-Care in Berwick, PA is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, flexible and reliable. Salaried position, including health insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Site organization and support classroom staff
  • Oversee utilization of Experience Curriculum tools and products in classrooms
  • Supervise and monitor children's indoor and outdoor activities as needed
  • Keep records of children's progress, routines and interests and relaying needed information to parents
  • Assist in preparing food and serving meals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Work closely with Leadership Team to develop and work toward Educational goals outlined by the Berwick Area YMCA

Qualifications

  • AA or BA in ECE Preferred
  • 4+ years ECE Experience; Management or supervisory Experience Preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend and stand
  • Ability to obtain CPR certification and pass background screening
