ABOUT THE ROLE
Orchestra is seeking an Account Executive to join our Integrated Marketing team. This role will support corporate, consumer, and impact clients, ranging from startups and VC-backed companies to nonprofits and advocacy organizations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of agency or in-house communications or marketing experience and is passionate about creating compelling digital content across social, email and emerging platforms. You'll bring strong writing skills, creative thinking, and an interest in internet culture, influencers and digital storytelling, with the ability to support both execution and client communications across a diverse portfolio of brands and organizations. You'll collaborate with creative, brand, influencer, and production partners to deliver thoughtful, effective digital work.
Role location: This role will ideally be based in one of our offices (3 days per week in New York, N.Y., Washington, D.C., Boston, M.A., Seattle, W.A., Miami, F.L., Los Angeles, C.A.), or can be fully remote with occasional travel.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As an Account Executive, you will:
  • Support day-to-day management of multiple client accounts across consumer brands, nonprofits, advocacy organizations and other integrated marketing clients
  • Develop engaging content across social media, email and other digital channels, helping bring campaigns to life from concept through execution
  • Write and edit clear, compelling copy for emails, social posts, and integrated digital campaigns
  • Draft client communications, presentations, creative briefs and project updates
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Production, Brand, Influencer, and Channels
  • Partner with creative teams to develop graphics, short-form video and other digital assets
  • Assist with project management by helping coordinate timelines, deliverables and cross-functional collaboration
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting and insights across email and social campaigns
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, content series, video concepts and social-first storytelling
  • Stay on top of digital trends, internet culture and emerging platforms to identify timely opportunities for clients
  • Adapt responsibilities as team capacity and client needs evolve

Essential skills:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications, ideally at an agency
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing, communications or digital campaigns in an agency or in-house environment. Consumer experience is a bonus, but not required
  • Experience creating content across social media and digital channels; familiarity with email marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media management, email marketing or content publishing platforms. Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, Action Network or EveryAction is a plus
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital trends, with experience creating content for brands, organizations or personal projects. Interest in influencer marketing, creators or online communities is preferred
  • Experience creating short-form video content or collaborating on video production is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative platforms is a plus
  • Curiosity about internet culture, creators, trends and emerging digital platforms, including communities like Reddit
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for voice, tone, and audience
  • Strategic thinker who understands how email and social channels support broader brand and communications goals

WORKING AT ORCHESTRA
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $65,000-$80,000
