We are seeking aleaderwho can work across this wide range of clients from mass to luxury with differing scopes,budgetsand needs.The ideal candidate willlead their team across a range of servicesincluding:talent strategy development, casting and deal-making, red carpet dressing, product seeding, entertainment strategy, influencer relations (earned and paid),special events, communitybuildingand partnerships.

This person willpossessthe ability to work cross-functionally within and beyond BPCM's differing Practices and Departments and has experience in successfullymaintainingand strategically growing an agency practice.
