A Bento Box is a traditional Japanese meal that is served in a compartmentalized box, typically containing rice, protein (such as fish, chicken, or tofu), and a variety of side dishes like vegetables or pickles. In the food service industry, preparing and serving Bento Boxes involves assembling balanced, visually appealing meals that are convenient for takeout or dine-in customers. Bento Box chefs or staff must pay attention to portion sizes, presentation, and freshness. This role is popular in Japanese restaurants, cafes, and some catering companies.
