WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as administrator for our CSR software, managing global employee matching donations, building high-conversion fundraisers and volunteer pages

  • Partner with workplace teams and Employee Resource Groups to curate volunteering opportunities that resonate with global teams
  • Help to manage Ripple's regional nonprofit and academic partnerships

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Proven experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and employee engagement within a fast-scaling global company.

  • Experience managing collaborative programs with an exceptional ability to identify, capture and synthesize data
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as HR, Communications, and Workplace to drive program adoption and cultural alignment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A "bias for action" mindset with the ability to manage complex logistics, from international donation compliance to large-scale event coordination.
