Job description

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is currently looking for a hard-working and reliable Program Manager. Come join a global leader in precision die-casting; be part of a team producing exceptional metal components for a diverse range of industries by being responsible for production floor planning and scheduling. This position plays a high impact role within our manufacturing team.
Pay: Starting at $90,000/yr., Based on experience
SUMMARY
Plans, organizes, and controls an assigned product line from conceptual stages through product life cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives by performing the following duties. Support the organization's business strategy by knowing/understanding internal/external expectations, complying with the quality and environmental systems, and implementing/executing/maintaining continual improvement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creates and maintains program schedules to successfully launch new products.
  • Closely communicates and interacts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure master program schedule dates and actions are completed on-time.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves problems (including human and machine resource constraints) which could negatively impact new products.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of Dynacast Elgin to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Prepares project reports for internal and external program stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or minimum 5 years of Program Management experience in manufacturing.
