Job description

Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour
remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with
opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.

Duties


โ€ข Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering
and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats
โ€ข Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with
our clients
โ€ข Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in
all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while
adhering to the set work schedule
โ€ข Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly
and effectively
โ€ข Adjudicate claims on occasion
โ€ข Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor


Qualifications


โ€ข Ability to work in a remote environment
โ€ข Have strong typing and 10-key skills
โ€ข Have excellent customer service skills
โ€ข Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and
punctuation required
โ€ข Be highly motivated
โ€ข Have positive attitude
โ€ข Reliable
โ€ข Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
โ€ข Ability to work well within a team
โ€ข Spanish speaking useful
Education and Experience โ€“ High School diploma or equivalent work experience
