• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Provide tailored individual psychotherapy utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities.
• Establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with the latest practices in mental health.

The Mental Health Counselor will primarily serve adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. Our client population values the compassionate, individualized approach we offer. You will play a critical role in facilitating their recovery process and enhancing their quality of life.

• A valid and current state license as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude are crucial for fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a diversified caseload.

• Experience in delivering teletherapy services is highly valued, particularly in remote consultation settings.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques that address diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
