Tax Administrator – Tax Advisory - $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience – Tampa, FL

The role

Benchmark International Tax Services is looking for a Tax Administrator to join its growing team.

This is a varied role where no two days will feel quite the same. You will support the firm’s daily operations, help keep client communications running smoothly and assist with marketing activity that supports the continued growth of the business.

You will be joining a professional, collaborative team that values clear communication, strong organization and a high standard of client care.

Note: Benchmark International cannot sponsor work visas for this role.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support tax professionals, managers and firm leadership with daily administration
  • Manage client emails, calls and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Co-ordinate calendars, meetings and scheduling
  • Keep client files, engagement documents and electronic records up to date
  • Support tax return assembly, delivery and document tracking
  • Maintain accurate client information across firm systems
  • Track workflows, deadlines and project progress
  • Assist with newsletters, email campaigns and client updates
  • Support social media posts, website updates and marketing administration
  • Help organize client events, webinars and seminars
  • Maintain referral and prospect databases
  • Support onboarding communications for new clients

  • Experience with CRM, practice management or marketing platforms would be useful
