Job Title: Cleanroom Consumables Assembly TechnicianJob Description

The Cleanroom Consumables Assembly Technician assembles, inspects, and packages high-precision diagnostic consumables used in advanced testing platforms. Working in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment, this role directly supports the production of medical device components and plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, reliability, and compliance with regulated manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble small plastic and component-based diagnostic consumables in accordance with detailed written work instructions.
  • Perform repetitive bench assembly tasks, including fitting, sealing, and light mechanical assembly of components.
  • Inspect finished components for defects, verifying quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
  • Follow GMP and ISO manufacturing practices and maintain accurate, complete production documentation.
  • Package finished consumables for distribution, ensuring correct labeling and traceability.
  • Maintain a cleanroom or controlled work environment by following proper gowning procedures and cleanliness standards.
  • Operate basic production equipment such as fixtures, sealers, and light automated tools in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Record production data accurately and promptly, and report any issues or nonconformances to supervisors or engineering staff.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to production efficiency by identifying and communicating opportunities for process enhancements.
