JOB TITLE: Shop Manager - Ben & Jerry's at Mohegan Sun

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $25-$30 per hour + tips

LOCATION: Mohegan Sun, Uncasville, CT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mohegan Sun doesn't slow down -- and neither do we.

This is a leadership role inside one of the most high-energy entertainment destinations in the country. You'll run a tight operation, build a team that thrives under pressure, and deliver a guest experience that holds up whether it's 2pm or 2am. If you love leading people, owning a business, and working in a place where the energy never drops -- this is your kind of job.

Hours: Open until 2am on weekdays, until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a high-volume environment
  • Deliver consistent, feel-good guest experiences from open to close
  • Manage sales, labor, and daily operations with care and accountability
  • Hold high standards deep into late-night shifts when it matters most
  • Represent the Ben & Jerry's brand inside a world-class entertainment venue
