The Role

As the Integrated Planning CoE Manager - Global, you will be a driving force behind Deckers' supply chain transformation. You'll lead the charge in strengthening and scaling our integrated planning capabilities, connecting people, process, data, governance, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. This hands-on, cross-functional role is all about execution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. You'll partner with teams across the globe to build repeatable playbooks, enable planning technology enhancements, and support the adoption of best practices that elevate our planning effectiveness. Your work will directly impact how Deckers delivers for our brands and customers, making this role both meaningful and essential to our success.

Your Impact

  • Drive integrated planning process improvement by mapping, documenting, and maintaining demand and supply planning processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve adoption globally.
  • Partner with regional teams to translate business needs into consistent process standards, decision points, and operating rhythms that foster alignment and efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement of key planning capabilities, including forecast accuracy, supply plan stability, inventory health, and service performance.
  • Use data and planner feedback to identify process gaps, root causes, and practical improvement opportunities across the end-to-end planning ecosystem.
  • Serve as a business process subject matter expert for demand, supply, and inventory planning workflows within o9 and related planning tools.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define requirements, validate enhancements, support testing, and enable adoption of technology changes.
  • Translate process requirements into practical system logic, reporting needs, user stories, and training considerations.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, RACI charts, process maps, and planning calendars to support consistent planning execution.
  • Create training materials and facilitate capability-building sessions for planning teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Support integrated planning governance by preparing materials, capturing decisions, tracking actions, and helping teams align on planning assumptions, constraints, risks, and tradeoffs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and connect regional planning needs with global standards, balancing consistency with practical local execution requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and business improvement projects, promoting practical innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned to business outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Strategic thinker with a global mindset and strong cross-cultural agility.
  • Proven ability to set vision, define priorities, and drive complex initiatives through cross-functional partnership.
  • Experienced in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, supply chain operations, or planning transformation roles.
  • Skilled in influencing senior leaders and building credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable operating at both detailed execution level and leadership summary level; able to simplify complex topics into clear decisions and next steps.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Unwilling to accept the status quo and challenges people and process improvement, willing to roll up sleeves and get it done.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certifications desired.
  • Fluent in English.
