Admissions and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions and Marketing Manager to join our team at Bellbrook Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Bellbrook, OH. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing an individual sales strategy to achieve census and occupancy management goals, while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, organize, and implement an individual external sales strategy to achieve facility census goals, while maintaining compliance with current state and federal laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, senior centers, department of human resources, home health agencies, hospice, and others.
• Provide information to clearly share the services and offerings of our facility.
• Identify opportunities with new referral partners/sources and develop sales strategies to build relationships and communicate our services and offerings.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy that leads to the conversion of referrals to admission status.
• Schedule routine events and activities with identified referral partners/sources and report results to the Administrator.
• Maintain a current, updated listing of referral partners/sources, locations, and personal assignments at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or an unencumbered nursing license in the state.
• Valid driver’s license in the state.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with demonstrated success in census development and occupancy management in a nursing home, or other related healthcare facility.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
