Physical Therapist (PT) - Per Diem
Rancho Bellagio Post Acute
Rancho Bellagio Post Acute is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled and compassionate therapy team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, resident-centered care and helping patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.

At Rancho Bellagio Post Acute, we are dedicated to improving lives through exceptional rehabilitation services. Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to promote recovery, mobility, and independence in a supportive and professional environment.
Position Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapy Assistants, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge plans
  • Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and functional mobility
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $53-58 per hour, DOE
  • Flexible per diem scheduling

Qualifications
  • Current, active, and unencumbered California Physical Therapist license
