We are currently recruiting for a Data Specialist to join our organization; this is a remote position based in the Canada. The Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring highquality data ingestion, transformation, and configuration within the MineralSoft platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with AIenabled tools, structured data formats, and mineral management systems.

Performance Objectives

  • Data Extraction & Structuring: Extract data from clientprovided PDFs using AIdriven tools and other technical solutions, converting unstructured and semistructured content into clean, structured data files.
  • Data Transformation: Transform clientprovided or Enverusgenerated structured data files into MineralSoftcompatible upload formats, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all transformed datasets.
  • Data Loading & System Configuration: Load, map, and configure datasets in MineralSoft, performing data validations and quality checks to ensure a successful ingestion process.
  • Querying & Reporting: Create and run report queries to extract data from MineralSoft for internal and client use, presenting outputs in clear, wellstructured formats.
  • Troubleshooting & Integration Management: Diagnose and resolve data integration issues between MineralSoft and EnergyLink, collaborating with technical and product teams to address systemlevel data concerns.

Competitive Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency with structured data formats (e.g., Excel, CSV, JSON).
  • Experience using AIbased document extraction tools and data processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with MineralSoft and EnergyLink platforms (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
  • Ability to assess data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to data integrations and system behavior.
