You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and other specialists, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues and create individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and preferences.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including structural family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy, to support clients effectively.
• Engage in treatment focused on divorce and relationship counseling, offering support and strategies to clients during challenging transitions.
• Monitor and document client progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to foster resilience and promote recovery.
• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to encourage collaborative approaches to client care.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards regarding client confidentiality and documentation.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, mood disorders, anxiety, and the implications surrounding divorce. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
