Position Overview

As a Vice President I, you'll help the world's top biopharma companies solve some of their biggest brand and business challenges. From redefining brand strategy to exploring patient behavior, from future-scaping therapeutic categories to shaping commercial narratives - you'll work on a wide spectrum of projects with real-world impact. And you won't be doing it alone. You'll join a collaborative, idea-rich team who'll challenge your thinking, support your growth, and probably make you laugh along the way.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the Business – Turn relationships and ideas into tangible commercial outcomes
  • Crack Big Strategic Questions – Help define how healthcare brands show up, grow, and lead
  • Get Stuck into Research – Conduct interviews, moderate focus groups, analyze reports, and connect dots across data sources
  • Go Beyond the Obvious – Use custom-built AI tools to uncover hidden patterns, untapped insights, and strategic whitespace
  • Turn Insight into Impact – Build smart, sharp recommendations that clients can actually use
  • Work Across Disciplines – Collaborate with behavioral scientists, creatives, technologists, and strategic leads across BGB and Kx
  • Bring Ideas to Life – Go beyond decks to deliver clear, compelling stories that land
  • Be Part of the Culture – Learn, share, experiment, support, question, and grow
  • Focus on growing IxI within areas of concentration including market opportunity assessments, go-to-market strategy, and/or competitive strategy
  • Work in close partnership with other senior leaders across solutions and technology to strategically grow core client accounts and develop new business
  • Leverage institutional knowledge, subject-matter expertise, and business acumen to produce superior project outcomes
  • Support development of intellectual capital to emphasize IxI's unique value proposition in the marketplace
  • Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for junior talent
  • Manage profitability at the project and practice level

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree-life sciences, psychology, business, or a related field. A Master's is a plus
  • 8-10 years' experience in a relevant space-this could mean healthcare consulting, research, pharma or biotech, medical comms, behavioral science, or academia with real-world application
  • An established network of strong client relationships within the healthcare sector
  • A strategic and curious mindset – You don't stop at the first answer. You dig, question, and connect the dots
  • Analytical agility – Comfortable moving between qualitative insight and quantitative data
  • A self-starting attitude – You take initiative, stay organized, and aren't afraid to get stuck in
  • Strong collaboration skills – You enjoy bouncing ideas, building on others' thinking, and working as part of a team

Why Join Us?

  • Small team energy, big company support
  • High-impact work, early responsibility – You'll contribute from day one on projects that matter
  • A learning-first culture – Mentorship, peer support, and space to grow
  • A genuinely fun, curious environment – We take the work seriously, not ourselves
  • Creative meets strategic – This is a space where brand thinking, behavioral science, and big data collide
