Location: Kingwood, WV
Pay: $26–$31 per hour, based on experience and credentials

What You'll Do
  • Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to children in accordance with their treatment plans

  • Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision

  • Collect accurate session data and maintain timely, high-quality session notes

  • Help clients build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills

  • Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies

  • Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
