This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work setting that can accommodate your schedule while prioritizing the needs of clients. Our clinic operates primarily during normal business hours, with some evening and weekend availability required to better serve our patient population. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client mental health concerns, strengths, and needs.
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that address specific goals and interventions tailored to each client.
• Facilitating psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients and enhance community support.
• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring client safety and appropriate response strategies are in place.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Your work will focus on a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health issues. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate life’s challenges by providing empathetic support and effective therapeutic interventions. You will collaborate closely with families and community resources to optimize treatment outcomes and foster a holistic approach to mental health.

We require candidates to possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in clinical practice.
