• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to gauge client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that outline clear goals and approaches.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to design comprehensive care frameworks that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Educate and support clients’ families in understanding mental health issues, fostering an environment where they can actively participate in the recovery process.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable regulations, using our EHR system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated competency in mental health counseling practices, with relevant training or extensive experience in client care.
• Strong understanding of clinical evidence-based practices tailored to various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional skills in therapy and counseling, including the ability to build trust and rapport with clients, assisting them on their journey to recovery.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, essential for coordination within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working in community health settings and engaging with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in employing a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques based on current mental health research.

• Competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually.
