You will work within an integrated team of licensed mental health professionals, participating in virtual meetings and collaborative case discussions that prioritize holistic client care.

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings via teleconferencing tools to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and establish appropriate treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' unique objectives, leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance and promoting meaningful client interactions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide a coordinated and comprehensive approach to mental health care.
• Educate and support clients’ families, effectively facilitating communication and offering resources to enhance involvement in the recovery process.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.
