Job description

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead an Adult Outpatient Mental Health program. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations while supporting a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality behavioral health services.

Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Occasional evenings/weekends and after-hours crisis support as needed

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • Active Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license (Full License Required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
  • Community mental health experience highly preferred
  • Experience with individual, family, and group therapy
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
