Registered Nurse (RN) Job Posting

Job Description Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at JTC Home Health, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve planning, organizing, and directing home care services. We are looking for an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in community health education. You will utilize community resources to plan and direct services that meet the unique needs of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and patient education.
  • Monitor patient health and adjust care plans as needed in collaboration with physicians.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits:
