Job description

TTF is recruiting for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a multidisciplinary team providing integrated behavioral health and medical services in Mesa, Arizona. This is a full time, direct hire role with competitive pay, the opportunity to grow with a great company, and a 10k sign-on bonus for RN's that are not currently in their pool nursing team.
The RN delivers direct nursing care to assigned patients, carries out provider orders, supports medication-assisted treatment programs, participates in crisis stabilization services, and collaborates closely with clinical staff. This role includes supervising and delegating tasks to LPNs, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care in residential, outpatient, inpatient, and crisis settings. Both day and night shifts are available.
Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and an active Arizona RN license (or compact license). A BSN and 1–3 years of healthcare experience—particularly in behavioral health or crisis settings—are preferred.
