Job Description:
Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.
Education Qualifications:
This position will work the following:
  • 64 hours per pay period plus on call shifts
  • Every Third Weekend
  • 8 Hour Shifts
  • Day Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required
  • East Market: Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience
  • Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment. May be required to hold multiple state licensures, depending upon work location
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire
  • Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency
  • Proof of current motor vehicle insurance
