Position Overview
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health to join Memorial Hermann Health System in Conroe, Texas. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals experiencing behavioral health and psychiatric conditions while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote safe, effective treatment and recovery.
The Behavioral Health RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining a therapeutic environment that supports patient safety and positive clinical outcomes. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $70,000 to $87,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative behavioral health setting.
Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
