A leading behavioral health organization is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join its inpatient psychiatric care team. This role combines direct patient care with shift-level leadership and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately
