Freedom is operated by Faith Home Health & Hospice. We are looking for skilled and compassionate healthcare practitioners who share our values and sense of commitment.

Freedom Home Health Care is currently seeking compassionate, well-trained Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to the highest standards of care and professionalism. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for Faith, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients using a comprehensive, patient-specific care plan set by the Director of Home Health Operations, which establishes goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporates preventative and rehabilitative nursing actions. You will have the support and collaboration of a full team of healthcare professionals!

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to our Home Health patients in Ankeny, IA region. Additional information regarding the areas of coverage/territories will be provided during the interview process.

Have a current, unencumbered, valid Iowa State Board of Nursing RN license.

Have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience.

Have or obtain a current IA Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training
