Position Overview
365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for an ASAP start on a 13-week travel assignment in Des Moines, Iowa. The RN will provide high-quality psychiatric nursing care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients as part of a compassionate, team-based behavioral health program.
Assignment Details
  • Location: Des Moines, IA
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Days | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hrs/week
  • Schedule: Every other weekend, including holiday rotation if scheduled
  • Float: Required across behavioral health campuses (adolescent, adult, geriatric)
Pay & Premiums
  • Weekly Gross Pay: $2,340
    Taxable Base: $933 ($26/hr W-2 base)
    Stipend: $1,407 (housing + M&IE)
  • Overtime Rate: $39/hr
  • Callback Rate: $52/hr
  • Travel Reimbursement: Up to $600
Requirements
  • Active Iowa RN license (compact accepted)
  • Minimum 1 completed travel contract within the last 12 months
  • Behavioral Health / Psychiatric RN experience required (adolescent or adult)
  • BLS (AHA) certification required
  • MOAB/MAB/CPI required (or obtained during onboarding)
  • Must be comfortable floating between behavioral health units
