Requirements

  • Active RN license (State of AZI or Multi-state Compact License, if applicable)
  • 2-step TB test
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Updated resume with relevant behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
  • Valid Driver’s License or U.S. Passport
  • Front and back of valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • CPI certification highly preferred
