This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving access to care, streamlining operations, and enhancing the patient experience across behavioral health services. As the Case Management Supervisor, you will oversee care coordination, patient engagement, and workflow processes that ensure continuity of care for individuals receiving therapy and psychiatric services.

This is a non-clinical supervisory role focused on operational excellence, team leadership, and service coordination.
