This position is fully remote, allowing you to work comfortably from home while providing essential services to clients across Virginia. Our outpatient setting emphasizes flexibility and the use of modern technology to foster connections with clients, ensuring that therapeutic sessions can happen seamlessly and effectively.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and provide appropriate interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Establish a safe, supportive online space that encourages open dialogue and honest expression from clients.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions accurately in our electronic health record system to maintain compliance and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with current mental health practices.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our focus is on providing culturally sensitive care, ensuring every client feels understood and respected regardless of their background.

• A valid license in Virginia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse populations are essential.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health therapy, particularly in virtual settings.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.
• A background in providing therapeutic support for adolescents and adults is advantageous.
