As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your role includes:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for couples and families to identify mental health needs, including issues related to grief, separation, and conflicts.
• Facilitating therapy sessions both individually and jointly, focusing on evidence-based interventions to improve familial relationships.
• Addressing behavioral health concerns including alcohol abuse, job stress, and communication difficulties.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.
• Documenting client progress and treatment solutions in a structured manner using our state-of-the-art digital technology systems.

Our diverse patient population consists of individuals and families who face varying life challenges, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
• Domestic conflicts involving physical or psychological distress.
• Grief and loss coping strategies.
• Adjustment difficulties due to separation, divorce, or blended family dynamics.
• Communication barriers among family members.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
