What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being throughout the day and night.
  • Assist with vital signs and document health observations with care and accuracy.
  • Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while preserving the dignity of those involved.
  • Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation.
  • Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
  • Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean, healing environment.
