Work Environment

This is a remote full-time position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a strong connection to our office team in Gresham, Oregon. Regular business hours are observed from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while preserving the integrity of client information.
