Job description

Pay: *Based on experience* starting pay is at $18 per hour. OT, is not offered. PTO will be offered at a rate of 2 weeks per year accrual of 3.08 per pay period starting the date of this signed agreement. 401k assistance is offered currently with option to move to 401k matching based on seniority with company.

If you are come work for Behavior Supports and Solutions LLC. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children and adults ages 2-22 in their homes and in our clinic. We work with Behaviors and make positive changes that assist in improving the overall quality of life for those we serve. Our methods use evidence-based research that utilizes Reinforcement to increase social skills, communication, verbal skills, independent skills, play skills and parenting skills. Sessions range from play dates-table work with the goal of teaching new skills to our patients.

Job details:

· provide 1:1 services for children or young adults in home.

· Utilize ABA methods to demonstrate progress and learn new skills

· Run and supervise Play dates and social gatherings

· Respond to challenging behaviors following a behavior plan that decreases the behavior

· Follow programs and run targets

· Assist in teaching parents our methods

· Have fun!

Job Requirements:

· Must be over the age of 18

· Pass a background check

· Have reliable transportation

· Be professional

· Willing to obtain RBT Certification or maintain one

· Be able to handle all Forms of challenging behavior such as aggression, Runners (elopement), and verbal (i.e., swearing)

· Lift 50lbs

· Able to move freely and engage in floor play or chase games

· Positive attitude

· Willing to learn.
