To thrive as a Behavior Solutions Specialist, you generally need a background in psychology, education, or applied behavior analysis, often with a relevant degree and experience in behavior intervention. Familiarity with behavior tracking software, data collection tools, and certifications like Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) are commonly required.
