In this role, you will deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to a diverse clientele, encompassing a variety of mental health concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to establish a deep understanding of each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.
• Developing tailored treatment plans grounded in best-practice methodologies and evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet the individualized needs of clients.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, enhancing clinical practices based on shared insights and experiences.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Staying informed about current research and advancements in mental health to ensure the application of the latest techniques in your practice.

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By employing a personalized approach, you will support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals while enhancing their overall well-being. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused and evidence-based treatment methods.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of adapting to various client needs.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience working in a remote setting or with online therapy platforms is an advantage. Familiarity with telehealth best practices and innovative digital tools will enhance your ability to connect with clients and deliver care effectively.
