In your role, you will be collaborating with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and psychiatric care team members, all while utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand and evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ultimately guiding the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Develop targeted treatment strategies tailored to address the unique challenges and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based practices to optimize recovery.
• Facilitate a variety of individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that resonate with client experiences and promote healing.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams which may include psychiatrists, medical case managers, and community support specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate and support clients’ families, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where loved ones can engage in the recovery process and understand the nuances of mental health issues.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant records, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans meet necessary regulatory and ethical standards.

You will engage with a diverse population that includes adolescents, adults, and families, each presenting their own unique challenges and backgrounds. Our clinic serves clients dealing with a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. • A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated proficiency through extensive experience or specialized training in mental health counseling.

• Experience in using telehealth platforms for client therapy sessions, understanding the nuances and best practices for virtual care.
• Previously worked in various clinical settings that emphasize a team-oriented approach to mental health.
