Job description

We provide home-based behavior therapy to children in the immediate and surrounding areas of Mililani, Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Waipahu, and Honolulu. Make an impact in the lives of children and families who have an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis by utilizing the principles of behavior analysis to help children and their families reach their full potential.

Work one on one with children and their families to teach functional play, communication, and interactive behaviors.

Help families learn how to set up situations in which children learn to be independent and emit higher levels of desired behaviors.

Work directly under the supervision of a BCBA to execute a treatment plan, collect data, and make modifications to improve the overall efficacy of the plan for your clients.

Venture ABA Hawaii was founded in September of 2022 to provide increased treatment options for families living on Oahu, Hawaii. Our founder, Greg Manzo, has over 15 years of experience working with children on different ends of the Autism Spectrum and in a variety of settings. Greg is passionate about sharing what he has learned with others through training, development, and coaching to create a team of strong behavior analysts.
