Job description

Behave Hawaii is a small, locally owned ABA practice on Oahu, led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who still works alongside the team. We pay well, match you with clients near home, and keep paperwork light.

The role: one-on-one ABA therapy (CPT 97153) in children's homes, following BCBA-designed treatment plans. Sessions are mostly after school and early evening. We match you with clients near where you live.

What makes it worth it:

Competitive pay, starting at $30 per hour.

After-school and evening hours that stack on top of a school-day job.

Small caseloads and monthly BCBA supervision.

Light, fast documentation.

A path to full-time work, including on-base locations.

What we need: active RBT certification (or in progress, ask about our trainee track), reliable transportation, and someone warm, reliable, and coachable.

Are you a BCaBA? We are also hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst for a hybrid role that blends direct client work with supervision, at competitive pay. If that is you, mention your BCaBA when you reply.

To apply: reply with your resume and the parts of Oahu you can serve. We respond within one business day.
