Beacon Harbor ABA Center
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary
Beacon Harbor ABA Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help build and lead a small, hands-on ABA therapy program focused on quality, individualized care, and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
This position may begin as part-time, depending on the needs of the center and the availability of the right candidate, but is expected to grow into a full-time role as the program expands.
The BCBA will have full discretion and professional authority over the planning, development, implementation, supervision, and ongoing modification of ABA therapy programs, consistent with clinical best practices, ethical standards, and the individual needs of each child.
Beacon Harbor is not looking to become a large, impersonal therapy center. Our goal is to keep services small, personal, hands-on, and clinically strong, with a company culture devoted to doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will be responsible for:
- Conducting initial assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Designing, implementing, and overseeing ABA therapy programs.
- Having full clinical discretion over treatment planning, goals, programming, and therapy implementation.

- Monitoring client progress and making treatment adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring therapy is ethical, effective, individualized, and family-centered.
- Providing caregiver training and support.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, treatment notes, progress reports, and required records.
- Participating in the development of policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
- Helping create a positive, structured, and compassionate therapy environment.
- Working closely with ownership and leadership to grow the center responsibly.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is passionate about ABA therapy and child development.
- Wants to be part of a smaller, hands-on center rather than a high-volume corporate model.
- Values clinical quality over volume.
- Is comfortable helping shape the clinical foundation of a new or growing ABA program.
- Can work independently and exercise professional judgment.
- Communicates well with families, staff, and leadership.
- Is dependable, ethical, organized, and team-oriented.
- Wants to help build a company with a strong reputation for doing things correctly.
Requirements
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- Active state licensure, if required.
- Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
- Experience supervising RBTs or therapy staff.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, documentation, and parent training.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and staff.
- Commitment to high-quality, individualized therapy.
Schedule
This position may begin as part-time, with the understanding that it is intended to become a full-time position as the center grows.
Schedule and hours may be flexible initially and can be discussed based on the needs of the center and the availability of the BCBA.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and whether the position begins part-time or full-time.
