Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Frisco, TX
Schedule: M-F
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client assessments and family goals
• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, functional assessments)
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians
• Analyze client data and modify programs to ensure progress and quality outcomes
• Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Lead parent training and caregiver education to support skill generalization
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary providers (ABA, Speech, OT, Feeding Therapy)
• Initiate and manage insurance authorizations, including initial, reauthorization, and continued care requests
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB, insurance, and company standards
• Foster a positive, ethical, and collaborative clinical culture
Qualifications
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience in an ABA or pediatric clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards
• Proven ability to mentor, support, and develop clinical staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move frequently throughout the day
• Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior and collect data
• Ability to use computers, tablets, and therapy materials
• Ability to travel between clinic locations if needed
