Bounce Therapy... Changing Lives Every Day!Now Hiring: Behavior Technician (Preschool ABA Therapist)

Colchester, Vermont & Essex Junction, Vermont

Bounce Therapy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (Preschool ABA Therapists) to join our growing ABA Preschool Centers in Vermont. Our BCBAs provide exceptional training, mentorship, and support in a collaborative environment. We are passionate about helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care, empowering them to build greater independence, confidence, and success.

This is a long-term, full-time position and is not a seasonal or summer role.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM
Pay: $22-$24 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to preschool-aged children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability every day
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • RBT Certification is a plus but not required
  • Experience working with children is preferred, especially with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
